主要研究内容

1、扬子鳄生态、种群动态及栖息地演化:基于遗传数据和气候景观因素解析扬子鳄的种群动态,并结合栖息地状况,综合解析扬子鳄的种群动态产生原因。

2、鳄目动物系统与适应性进化:基于多基因和基因组数据,结合鳄目物种间形态、生理、行为等差异,解析鳄目动物的系统关系,探讨鳄目成种演化,并探讨其适应性进化。

3、生物多样性监测与保护:围绕脊椎动物各类群(两栖动物、翼手类为主),针对生物多样性监测、评估等相关内容,开展脊椎动物分类、分布、栖息地等相关的生物多样性编目工作。
